These terms describe how booking here actually works — no more and no less.

Booking and confirmation

A booking made here reaches us immediately as a request, and becomes confirmed once we have reviewed it and received payment. You are notified at each stage and can follow it from «My bookings».

Prices and payment

• There is no online payment on this site. Payment is made with us — cash or transfer, or from the agent wallet if you are an agent.
• Tour prices depend on the country you travel from. If your country has no published price you will see «Request a quote» and we will price it with you — we never show an estimated figure.
• A flight ticket is not part of the tour price. You may ask us to price one and we will contact you about it.
• The price shown at the moment you book is your price, and does not change afterwards.

Changes and cancellation

Changes and cancellations are made by calling us — there is no self-service cancel button on this site. Refund terms differ by service and by when you cancel, and we set them out for you before you confirm.

⚠ The detailed refund terms (windows and fees per service) are being finalised — until they are published here, they are given to you at the time of booking.

Visa applications

We prepare and submit your application. We do not issue the visa and we do not decide it — that is the granting authority's decision alone. Our service fee is for the preparation and submission work and is not refunded merely because a refusal is issued. Any fee charged on refusal is explained to you before you submit.

Marine activities

Marine activities are run by our partner SDA — Shaheen Resort in Tartus. Booking and payment are with us; the activity itself is theirs. Any change or cancellation goes through us, by phone.

Services still being built

Flights, hotels, cars and cargo are marked coming soon and are not bookable yet. Airport escort is available through a direct request reviewed by operations.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter — a visa application is submitted exactly as you wrote it. Keep your password to yourself; changing it closes every open session immediately.
